Richard Moss
Richard Moss has extensive experience in the commercial world, where he provides training and consultancy in leadership and management. He has developed a considerable reputation within the financial services sector for his work on organisational change within an ever-competitive business world.
His input to our work in schools, then, brings with it considerable reality testing - facing up to the harsh realities of making a business work, whether it be for monetary profit or for educational gain! However he shows us that change can be managed positively - not only to benefit the organisation but also for the good of the individual worker.
Richard is an accredited trainer with the Blanchard Organisation for "Situational Leadership® II" - about leading high performing teams - and "Gung Ho!®" - about creating an enthusiastic work culture. He is also accredited by the B.Ps.S. to undertake the Myers-Briggs Personality Inventory® as part of management training.
Richard has an M.Sc. in business psychology, and is about to undertake his Ph.D. research in management and leadership - ensuring that his work is at the forefront of current knowledge in this area.
