Behaviour & Learning Management has been providing training for educational professionals for over 20 years. During that time we have worked in thousands of secondary, primary and special schools and PRU's as trainers and consultants.
Based on our experiences and observations we have developed a broad range of public and in-house training courses and consultancy packages to meet a diverse range of needs, and we have assembled a comprehensive suite of helpful resources covering books, videos, DVDs, CDs and PowerPoint presentations. We are the sole UK distributors of "Assertive Discipline®", which together with "Succeeding with Difficult Students" and "Scared or Prepared" provide a comprehensive approach to our concept of Behaviour Education.
Our training work has three main (and overlapping) divisions:
Managing and Leading – working with senior leaders and middle managers (e.g. training in Situational Leadership® II)
Teaching and Learning - providing support in schools for teachers about the management of behaviour (e.g. Assertive Discipline®) and the management of learning (e.g. A Strategy for Differentiation)
Personal Development – a range of self development programmes dealing with specific issues (e.g. anger management) for personal growth (e.g. assertiveness training).
