ASSERTIVE DISCIPLINE LEADER’S CERTIFICATE®
This one day programme is about how best to present and lead the programme and provides you with accreditation as a qualified AD trainer

This day is for those who have already undertaken training in AD and who now wish to become qualified leaders in the programme themselves.  This new certificate course prepares you to provide consultation and training to others, and provides a professional recognition as an AD trainer. It includes skills such as -
auditing a school’s needs   ‘positioning’ the programme to meet those needs  identifying the learning styles of adults  how to present AD in a school  coaching techniques for helping teachers develop their AD techniques 
performance management   consultation skills

The programme is suitable for:

  • Heads and Deputies who wish to identify and develop their teachers’ key professional competencies, and effectively manage their application.
  • Middle and senior managers who need to monitor and support the use of Assertive Discipline techniques, and who will need to address the management issues as they arise during implementation.
  • Educational Psychologists and Behaviour Advisors who wish to deliver quality training in Assertive Discipline and provide developmental support for their schools’ behaviour management policy.
